We collect as little as we can. There are no accounts on Lexington, so most of what we know about you is what you give our checkout provider when you buy.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, when you buy a course or join the newsletter
• Your order details, shared with us by our checkout provider
• Anonymous usage data, such as which pages are visited, if you allow it
• Anything you send us through the contact form

We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your email to send your receipt, your access link, course updates and, if you signed up, the newsletter. Usage data helps us see which lessons work and which need another take.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the academy: our checkout provider, our video host and our email provider. We don’t sell your data and never will.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, write to privacy@academy.lexington and we’ll reply within a week.
