These terms cover buying and watching courses on Lexington. By buying a course, a path or All access, you agree to them.

Buying a course

Payments are handled by our checkout provider, who acts as the seller of record. You’ll receive a receipt and your access link by email right after paying. Prices include any sales tax shown at checkout.

What you get

A course purchase gives you personal, lifetime access to its lessons, exercise files and future updates. All access includes every current course and every course we publish while your plan is active.

Fair use

Your access is for you. Please don’t share your access link, re-upload our videos or resell the exercise files. Using what you learn in your own paid work is exactly the point, and always allowed.

Refunds

If a course isn’t right for you, write to us within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full. No questions, no forms.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. The date above shows the latest version. For anything unclear, write to hello@academy.lexington.
